Salary: $33.06 / hour

Mainroad Lower Mainland is currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time roadcrew members. This position will be based out of our Port Kells and Delta yards. With over 30 years of experience in maintenance services on British Columbia’s busiest roadways, Mainroad Lower Mainland is a trusted name in the industry. Our employees bring a wealth of specialized knowledge and skills, many having worked in the highway maintenance field even before the BC government privatized these services.

What you bring:

  • Ability to preform physical labor tasks such as pot hole repair and debris removal
  • Proficiency in driving Class 3 manual transmission vehicles
  • Minimum of 2 years truck driving experience is preferred
  • Experience in highway maintenance and/or municipal equipment
  • Experience and a willingness to work in all weather conditions
  • An ability to work graveyard shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience installing Lane Closures and Traffic Control
  • Dedication and commitment to providing safe and reliable highways for the public

As part of our team, you will be responsible for helping maintain and service 1,525 kms of roadway and 626 major structures, including prominent locations such as Highway 99 and Lougheed Highway as well as Portman Bridge.
