Mainroad Chinook Contracting's fleet of mowers! 🚜

Mowing is one of the many summer activities that Mainroad performs along the Southeast Stoney Trail in Calgary. Crews are working diligently to finish the required work while keeping dry conditions in mind. Safety is always the top priority.

When you see Mainroad crews working, remember to #SlowDownMoveOver. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it's also the *law*.

G&E is booked and busy this summer! 🦺🧱🚧

G&E Contracting has lots of projects going on right now, one of which is the Hartland Landfill.

G&E is helping out our friends at the @crd_bc with constructing a new kitchen scrap transfer station at the Hartland Landfill. This project sees G&E building a large block wall structure over top of new drainage lines and leachate collection lines.

The work is to be completed at the end of August, so crews are working hard to meet the quick turnaround.

G&E was also happy to find out that they’ve been awarded a secondary project, which will require a 400mm gas line to be extended half a kilometer! Crews are currently getting re-certified in fusion pipe welding for this task.

#CobraElectricInteriorServices recently hosted enhanced bucket truck rescue training, which increases the safety for workers using these trucks.

The full-day training took place in the Kelowna, Kamloops, and Nelson yards, and these crews are already pros! This is yet another layer of safety for workers on the road!

Season number three of #MainroadMidIslandContracting sponsoring Adana 👩 and Wesley 🐴!

Barrel racing sees riders and horses racing to complete a predetermined pattern around three barrels that are set up around a course. The season typically runs from May to August.

This is Wesley's first season racing with Adana. With races happening most weekends, they have lots of opportunities to practice. Mainroad also provides a water truck to keep the arena dust-free for everyone during the events. 🚿🐎
