The Director, HSSE develops and implements programs, processes, procedures and controls to insure the proper operation of the Quality/Safety/Environmental function within Mainroad’s operating companies. Directs and oversees the Quality/Safety function that will ensure quality products and services as well as a safe workplace with the goal of meeting the needs of Mainroad, employees and customers. This fole is focused on the end result of the work, meeting the applicable standards, specifications and safe practices for projects and services provided by Mainroad’s companies.
The Corporate Quality Manager is responsible for the success of Mainroad’s Integrated Management System (IMS Program), specifically the Quality Program components with focus on the Highway Maintenance-based operating companies. Provides oversight, management and mentoring for the Quality Team.
The Corporate HSSE Manager is responsible for the success of Mainroad’s safety program and culture. Provides oversight, management and mentoring for the Safety team.
The Quality Manager provides planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control to ensure the proper operation of the quality safety, and environmental function within Mainroad Group operating companies.
The Quality Coordinator implements programs, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the proper adherence to corporate quality/compliance programs within Mainroad Group operating companies.
The Quality Assistant provides administrative support as well as assistance in implementing and documenting the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control to ensure the proper operation of the Quality, Safety and Environmental functions within Mainroad Group’s operating companies.
The Safety Advisor implements programs, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure the proper adherence to corporate safety programs within Mainroad Group operating companies
The Safety Coordinator provides administrative support as well as assistance in implementing and documenting the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and control to ensure Safety and Environmental function within Mainroad Group’s operating companies.
It is the responsibility of the Safety Coordinator to help implement, monitor, assess and control safety program(s) that will ensure a safe workplace with the goal of meeting the needs of the company, along with its employees and customers.
The HSSE Administrator provides administrative support to the Corporate HSSE team and operational crews, including problem solution, technical assistance, procedural clarification, meeting agenda/minutes, and assists in the development of new work/document procedures.
